We are from St. louis and when we come to chicago we always make it a point to stop in at Poor Phils, we have eaten dinner at the bar and breafast also, both meals are always outstanding no matter what we order, service is great, the atmosphere is awesome.

while I lived many years in the western suburbs Poor Phil's was my favorite place for seefoiod and April through September for an outdoor eat. Too bad, here in Florida we have nothing like it
