We've lived in Oak Park & Forest Park for most of our lives and have only tried this gem twice recently. The Veal & Chicken Parm is stellar, but whatever you do, try the meat sauce! Unbelieveably good, I mean, knock you on your behind good. Somehow, they've ground the meat to a consistency like sugar... and also like sugar it melts in your mouth! The service could be better and the prices are high, especially considering its al a carte (who doesn't serve soup or salad when dining Italian?!) and the glasses of wine are tiny, but I don't know of a better spot for authentic Italian in Oak Park.
