Review by Sushi Lover for Sushi House

My husband and I dined at Sushi House in Oak Park last week. DO NOT GO there if you expect quality food and service. After sushi was made, it was sitting at the counter FOR A LONG TIME (like 15 minutes) before it's taken to the customers. It lost freshness and crispness that way. My Nabeyaki Udon was not hot. It was obvious that it was left unattended for a while after it was cooked. They brount my husband a wrong dish and they insisted that that's what he ordered. It had meat in it and my husband is vegitarian. The worst part is not over yet. When we're ready to leave, they gave us a right check first and then brought back a wrong check. We ripped off the wrong one but they charged us twice anyway (that's what my bank account said this morning). I am going to call the manager and make an official complaint now!
