For take out orders, the people who answer the phone often sound extremely unenthusiastic and border on being rude. Whenever I have called to place a takeout order they do not say "Thank You" and seem as though they don't care. The only other drawback is that your restaurant advertises peach cobbler, but never seems to have it available for take out customers. That is frustrating.
