My family was hosting a rehearsal dinner on a Saturday evening. We were all from out of town, and booked Maya after a friend's recomendation. It was the perfect choice. Nancy was a gem to work with. We had it catered to our hotel conference room. She helped us pick three entres, appetizers, and salad. Everything was wonderful, and carefully presented and prepared. Family members from El Salvador said it was authentic. For a small fee Nancy stayed arond to help us clean up. She made it delightful and simple. I give them a 5 *
