Awesome! Didn't think it would be so good. You know oysters in Chicago...plus the waiter said they were Gulf oysters, not Blue Point like we'd hoped. They were as good, better than any oysters I'd ever had. And neither one of us had ever had such interesting cooked oysters. We must have eaten 30 oysters! Normally we'd eat 12. Yum.
