HORRIBLE! vegetarians are often an easy market for thai food establishments, but this one should be avoided. i'm not sure if they don't do substitutions, if they don't understand the concept of substitutions, if they've had an unusually "off" day every time i try to order, or if they're just mean spirited. regardless, i've learned to avoid bua hana. today's screw-up was the final straw; steamed veggies over plain noodles is not pad bamee. i asked specifically if they could do a vegetarian pad bamee, and she said "of course"... what a @--! y-fool that hostess is. after driving home to discover i had been given plain noodles, i was told i'd have to come back if i wanted sauce. after checking to make sure they put sauce on my dish, evidently i was supposed to taste it. they took my dish back to the kitchen and never asked what sauce i would want, turns out the default is flavorless... NEVER AGAIN.
