Review by Miss. H for Overseas China Restaurant

The food is pretty darn good at Overseas Chinese Restaurant. However, the proprietors are just too dog-gone cheap - and I don't mean in the economical sense! It's really sad! They are the only decent Chinese restaurant(okay, better than decent) in my area and even better than Wing's in Cicero with regard to taste and especially quality. So I guess I shouldn't complain, huh? I felt like venting...they p!$$&@ me off with their petty-ness, is all. Overall, they have great food!
