Review by Veronica for El Meson Express

My two co-workers and myself went there 1/15/09 for lunch. We arrived at 12:05 (we work at (Macneal Hosp). We recieved our drinks and order was placed. It was 12:35 and we still had not recieved our food. We asked the waitress how much longer it would be because we were on our lunch, and she said it was coming up. Well to our surprise two group of people recieved their food first. What upset us is that we were there before these 2 group of people. So as we were getting ready to leave the waitress had the nerve to say "your leaving?? Dont worry about the drinks". We didnt even get an "Im sorry" or an eplanation on why we never recieved our food. McDonald's has better customer service than this place. They suck!
