Sarah from Schaumburg from Schaumburg, IL said :Disappointed with this "jem". It took the staff literally half an hour to make and serve my HALF sandwich of chicken salad. The sandwich was good, but way overpriced, especially considering how long it took them to make it. I do not plan on visiting this jem again, it took them way too long to make the food and it is overpriced.
