First we were charged $1.00 a bottle to drink our our own beer that we brought. Then we ordered Chicken Basil, rated spicy on the menu. It arrived with two shreds of basil and without spicy, and contained a gigantic amount of red and green bell peppers which were not in the description and which I cannot eat. When I asked if it was chicken basil the waitress said yes as if we were nincompoops. It was bland bland bland after I picked out the offending peppers. The crab rangoon was mostly dumpling dough with very little filling. The soup was pretty good, but other than that, ugh.

I will never eat anything from this restaurant again! I ordered food to my office because I was working late. For starters, the order took longer than was quoted, but no big deal. When I opened the food the egg-rolls were cold and not very good, but I was starving so I ate them anyway. Next I opened up my order of Pad Thai, looked decent enough. So I look in the bag for silverware or chopsticks and found nothing, so I was forced to eat with my fingers. This was by far the worst Thai food (or any food for that matter) that I have ever ordered and I eat Thai fairly often. It was cold (although the restaurant is only 1.4 miles from my job), flavourless and not fresh at all; in fact my stomach is hurting a little. I decided to call the restaurant to let them know that they did not give me silverware and was told that I should have asked for silverware. I don't know about you, but in my 28 years of living not once have I ordered takeout and not received some kind of utensil with which to eat. I wasn't expecting them to send me silverware but for them to be aware. What really pissed me off however was the guy telling me that because it wasn't a home they didn't include it silverware after telling me that I should have requested it. I mean, of course I keep silverware and plates in my office, doesn't everyone? Anyway, this was the biggest waste of $15.00 ever and now I have a stomach ache. If the food was good I would not have minded having to eat with my fingers, but this was horrible! Anyway, I ate it. Amazing what you will do when you've worked a 13 hour day (and still counting) and you're hungry enough.
